1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SGR Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our platform. You must complete KYC verification before placing any trade. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.
3. KYC & AML Compliance
SGR Enterprises is committed to compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, and all FIU-IND, RBI, and applicable Indian regulations. Users must provide valid PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, and bank details. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to report suspicious transactions to authorities.
4. USDT Trading
All buy and sell rates are dynamic and refresh every 30 seconds. The rate locked at order confirmation is final. Minimum order is ₹500 and maximum single order is ₹10,00,000 (higher limits available for verified high-volume users). Settlement times are typically under 5 minutes but may vary based on network congestion.
5. Fees
A platform fee of 0.1% applies to each trade. Network fees for USDT transfers are borne by the user. Bank transfer fees, if any, are borne by the user.
6. Wallet & Payment
It is your responsibility to ensure the USDT wallet address and bank account details you provide are accurate. SGR Enterprises is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, wrong networks, or bank details. Always double-check before confirming.
7. Risks
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk including price volatility, regulatory changes, and technical risks. You acknowledge these risks and agree that SGR Enterprises is not responsible for trading losses.
8. Prohibited Activities
Use of our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. Accounts found involved in such activities will be permanently suspended and reported to authorities.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs. SGR Enterprises will never ask for your password or OTP via email or phone. Enable 2FA for additional security.
10. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information solely to provide our services and meet regulatory obligations. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with law enforcement and regulators when legally required.
11. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGR Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
